Server Characteristics
SPINSrv allows users to consult, interact with, and monitor activities from all SPINSystem devices.
All data is securely stored in a user-friendly database that provides insights and advanced statistics, helping users make informed decisions based on accurate historical and real-time data.
SPINSrv is designed for an easy remote management experience and built to ensure a high level of continuous operation, as demonstrated by its impressive historical average uptime of 99.999% without interruptions. SPINSrv has already recorded over 1 million real-time activities and is actively managing more than 50,000 sold devices. Among them, over 36,000 are fully operational in the field, while the remaining units are in the process of installation.
Recorded operations concern: the user’s login; Bluetooth connection; time, date and number of opening/closing actions; time, date and tank ID of installation/uninstallation of device.
It is also possible to monitor the position of the devices and LPG tanks on which they have been installed. Furthermore the system is set up to extend the type of events recorded (i.e residual capacity of the LPG tank; data from additional sensors and real time operations*) and to install plugins that allow you to make specific personalized statistics on data gathered in addition to all the advanced data and insights already provided.

SPINSrv allows users to monitor events generated by each SPIN device in the field.
In case of specific requests, the monitored parameters can be customized and tailored to meet the required needs, ensuring precise and relevant data tracking based on user requirements.

APP Features

The mobile application enables authorized operators to monitor and control devices in an intuitive way.
After completing the installation steps, operators can use all devices by following the on-screen instructions. Each screen displays the exact operation in progress and alerts users if any tasks remain incomplete.
A system of messages and alerts notifies operators of errors and issues, allowing them to manage and resolve problems in real-time. Additionally, anomalies can be reported through a dedicated panel.
